Established in 2023, we are a family run business proudly rooted in heritage and driven by purpose: to share real, honest, fig based food with the world, and to support the artisans and workers in our hometown along the way.

Our figs are sourced directly from Misyaf, Syria. A mountainous region known for its rain-fed "bayadi figs" known for their honey colored interior and rich, naturally sweet flavor. In Misyaf, our figs are naturally sun-dried, then gently steamed with pure water and pressed into fig paste, an artisanal method passed down through generations.

Our mission is to nourish people with hearty, handcrafted fig based snacks that honor tradition and celebrate natural health.
